I can't speak to the overall look of the arrangement (didn't see them) but I can speak to the service and ease of working with Dream Petals Floral.
I ordered the floral arrangement online before they were open on Tuesday morning and received a call from the delivery person at 11:00 am (local) bc they were already at the hospital delivering the arrangement. The name on the order didn't match the name of the patient in the room so he called me to verify. The guy was a delight to speak with and he went out of his way to verify the right room.
I received email updates throughout the entire process. If I need to order flowers again, I would never use an 800 service, I will always go directly to Dream Petals Floral. You guys were truly a dream to work with! Thank you!
